Operation Instructions:

Assessment: Check headlight damage for common symptoms such as crazing, yellowing, oxidation, blurring, scratches, and more.

Preparation: Work in a clean, dry, and windless environment. Cover surrounding areas with protective film. Sand the headlight cover with sandpaper until glossy surfaces are removed, gradually using 180#, 240#, 360#, 600#, 800#, and 1200# grits. Thoroughly polish, ensuring complete coverage and avoiding rework. Clean with water and dry with a towel.

Application: Add the liquid to the atomizing cup. Heat until steam is produced. Power on the headlamp and atomize the liquid. After atomization, expose to sunlight. Wipe off any remaining water from the headlight and recover excess coating liquid.

Caution during Operation: Ensure the air outlet during steaming is not directed downward to prevent liquid from dripping onto the lamp. If drops occur, repair other parts first, recover excess coating liquid, wait approximately 5 minutes, then re-polish and clean the affected area.
