We offer a wide range of classes from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Crazy Monkey defence and anti-bullying, where our qualified and motivated team strives to make “exercise” as fun as possible, especially for the kids. Also, classes are at parent-friendly times, which will make your life a lot easier too.
